As the BBC has made it's transmissions "free to air" (no viewing card required) It is currently unclear who will be taking over the issuing of viewing cards for ITV, Ch4, Ch5. We will update our information pages when we have more details.

Brymar introduces a new customer call centre ...

About 4 years ago Brymar went online following 14 years of trading and supplying the public with TV and satellite equipment.

Our website now receives an average of 98,000 hits per day and our daily phone calls are now well into the hundreds.

Due to increased demand over recent months, customers began to encounter line busy tones when trying to contact us by phone, to eliminate this problem we decided to update our phone system.

We are pleased to announce the smooth launch of our new call centre ..

Brymar Satellite customers now have 4 options when calling:

tel: 0870 922 0569 (lowcall about 4p per minute UK landline)

option 1 = sales department

option 2 = support department

option 3 = deliveries department

option 4 = all other enquires

All lines are open from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and from 9am to 4pm on Saturdays. Voice mail will allow you to leave a message outside of these times.

If you are concerned, yes our new call centre does have that lovely all important background music that plays while waiting to be connected.
